Pinot crni quality wine 2015

    Pinot crni (noir) is quality wine with rich characteristics. Its features include a somewhat pronounced dark ruby colour and a pleasant variety specific aroma of ripe grapes, which is turned into a luxurious bouquet after the traditional treatment in wooden barrels. We serve Pinot crni along game dishes with spicy sauces, which blend very well with the dryness of this wine. It is an appropriate complementary wine to ripened, well fermented cheeses. We recommend serving it at temperatures from 14-16 °C.

Odlikuje se izraženijom tamno rubinskom bojom, ugodnom sortnom aromom dozrelog grožđa koja se tradicionalnom njegom u drvenim bačvama pretvara u raskošan bouquetPinot crni serviramo uz jela od divljači popraćena pikantnim umacima s kojima suhoća ovoga vina čini idealan sklad. Primjerena je pratnja zrelim, dobro fermentiranim sirevima. Prijedlog posluživanja je na temperaturama od 14-16 °C.

    It has a luxurious aroma of ripe grapes, a harmony of all the variety specific components, and a specific noble quality of the taste which is difficult to define. Its aroma is nicely formed, and the taste is contoured, sophisticated, and full, rich in extract and ending with a specific mild bitter note.
    Adapts well to various dishes, but its quality is expressed best with white meat and white fish dishes, where it can turn a regular meal into a formal event. We recommend serving it cooled at 8-10 °C.

Ima raskošnu aromu zrelog grožđa, sklad svih komponenti sorte i jednu posebnu plemenitost u okusu koju je teško definirati. Aroma je lijepo oblikovana, a okus je reljefan, profinjen i pun, bogat ekstraktom koji završava s karakterističnom i blagom gorkosti. Prilagodljiva je raznim jelima, ali će se njena kvaliteta najbolje iskazati uz jela od bijelog mesa i bijele ribe koja običan obrok može pretvoriti u svečaniji. Preporučamo servirati ohlađeno na 8-10 °C.

    de Gotho Graševina is made from the grapes grown at the special vineyard location Hrnjevac, which was harvested a little bit later in order to discover what Graševina can offer in its variety and splendour in a new way. This wine is sophisticated, layered, and complex; it has a powerful taste, fine ripeness, and long duration, after being matured for six months in barrique barrels. Its scents are special, rich, flowery, fruity, and noble, and they blend with the flavour into a harmonious whole; they also offer a feeling of harmony and the texture of silk. It should be drink cooled to 8-10 °C, with complex salads, cold entrees (ham, smoked salmon), exotic cuisine, shellfish, the best white fish, and fine lamb and veal roasts.

    de Gotho Graševina proizvedena je iz grožđa s posebnog vinogradarskog položaja Hrnjevac, malo kasnije branog kako bismo na novi način otkrili što nam graševina u svojoj raznolikosti i raskoši može još ponuditi. Profinjeno, slojevito i kompleksno, ovo je vino moćnog okusa, fine zrelosti i dugog trajanja nakon što je šest mjeseci odležalo u barrique bačvicama. Mirisi su joj posebni, bogati, cvjetni, voćni i plemeniti te se stapaju s okusom čineći skladnu cjelinu, pružaju osjećaj sklada i dodira svile. Piti ohlađeno na 8-10 °C, uz složenije salatehladna predjela (šunka, dimljeni losos), egzotične kuhinje, plodove mora, najbolje bijele ribe i finija pečenja janjetine i teletine.

History of activity

The written history of wine production in Kutjevo is almost 800 years long. In 1232, one of the oldest wine cellars in south-eastern Europe was built in Kutjevo. The centuries of dedicated work resulted in the passion and knowledge that enabled the production of our famous wines. Today, Kutjevo is a symbol of Croatian wine culture. Kutjevo is made up of its people, hardworking and skilful workers, technologists, and oenologists – all working with the same goal in mind, to make our lives pleasant and beautiful with a glass of wine that will open people’s souls and hearts, and create moments we will be happy to remember throughout our lives.

The owners of the cellar changed through the centuries, but the wine tradition and the tradition of the Kutjevo area has endured.
