Chardonnay vrhunsko vino 2018

    Vrhunski chardonnay predstavlja vino dostojno svjetskog ugleda koji ova visokokvalitetna sorta uživa. Odlike su mu izrazita kristalno žuta boja zelenkastog odsjaja, punoća okusa upotpunjena nježnim i ugodnim sortnim aromama uz karakterističan blagi ton gorkosti. Preporučujemo servirati uz široku skalu najfinijih predjela, juha i glavnih jela od bijeloga mesa. Pomno prati pikantne okuse, te se izvrsno upotpunjava sa finim sirevima i slasticama. Kutjevački chardonnay poslužujemo rashlađen na temperaturi od 8-10 °C.

Pinot sivi 2017

    Pinot sivi - vino žuto-zelene boje, uz finu mineralnu i sortnu aromu. Okus je skladan, pun, mekan i pitak, a miris diskretan, fin i sortni. Ovo raskošno i uglađeno vino poslužuje se uz hladne nareske, plodove mora, bijelo meso te bijelu ribu. Najbolje ga je poslužiti ohlađenog na 10 °C.

Traminac vrhunsko vino 2016

Aroma je lijepo oblikovana, a okus je reljefan, profinjen i pun, bogat ekstraktom koji završava s karakterističnom i blagom gorkosti. Prilagodljiva je raznim jelima, ali će se njena kvaliteta najbolje iskazati uz jela od bijelog mesa i bijele ribe koja običan obrok može pretvoriti u svečaniji. Preporučamo servirati ohlađeno na 8-10 °C.

de Gotho Pinot crni 2016

  • de Gotho Pinot crni je vino koje dolazi s posebnog vinogradarskog položaja Hrnjevac gdje se grožđe uzgaja na površini od 2 ha s ograničenim prinosima. Vino prvo odležava godinu dana u drvenim bačvama od 225 litara, a zatim se pretače u bačve od 1500 - 3000 litara. Moderan, snažan, skladan i topao. Tamnije rubinske boje, slatkasto gorkog okusa, uz miris hrasta prožet je bouquetom dozrelih kupina, malina, šljiva te pritajenog mirisa crnog papra, klinčića i vanilije. Odlično se sljubljuje uz jela od plave ribe, dozrele aromatične sirevedivljačkulen ili neko drugo tamno meso. Temperatura posluživanja je 18 °C.

  • de Gotho Pinot crni (noir) wine comes from grapes grown at the special vineyard location Hrnjevac, where grapes are grown on the surface of 2 ha with limited yield. First, the wine is matured in 225 liter wooden barrels and then poured into 1500-3000 liter barrels. It is modern, harmonious, and warm. Its colour is dark ruby, with sweet and bitter taste and the scent of oak; it is infused with the bouquet of ripened blackberries, raspberries, plums and the discreet scent of black pepper, cloves, and vanilla. It pairs well with oily fish dishes, ripened aromatic cheeses, game, kulen, or some other dark meat. The serving temperature is 18 °C.

Maximo Bianco 2017

  • Maximo Bianco je spoj svježeg sauvignon blanca i dozrelijeg traminca. Miris je ugodan i bogat sa slatkastim notama cvijeća i nježnim nijansama livadnog meda te predstavlja mirisnu raskoš s kojom zaslužujemo razmaziti svoja osjetila. Okus je pun i krepak, blage slatkosti, koja zove na još uživanja da zasladite svoj dan i nasmiješite se suncu i životu. Poslužiti na temperaturi od 8-10 °C, uz hladne nareskepredjela i jela od bijelog mesa, srednje dozrele sirevetjestenine, te uz plodove mora i bijelu ribu.

Maximo Brut 2017

  • Maximo Brut je prvi hrvatski pjenušac od graševine, proizveden metodom champenoise. Svježeg je i bogatog okusa, čistih minerala te raskošnijeg mirisa na dozrelu jabuku s blažom cvjetnom komponentom. Pun je u ustima, finih sitnih svježih perlica, koje duže izviru i usklađuju ne provreli slador, brut kategorije. Tajna njegove posebnosti skriva se u specijalnoj tehnici proizvodnje te vremenu odležavanja. 
    Poslužiti ohlađeno na 6-8 °C, a preporuča se kao aperitiv te kao piće koje će moći pratiti svako jelo na bazi tjestenine s različitim umacima, uz ribu i plodove morasalatesirevebijelo meso, te uz slastice i voće.

  • Maximo Brut is first Croatian Graševina sparkling wine, made using the champenoise method. Its flavour is fresh and rich, with pure minerals and a luxurious scent of ripened apple with a mild flowery component. It tastes full in the mouth, with fine, tiny, fresh beads, which are created longer and harmonise the unfermented sugar, category brut. The secret of its uniqueness is the special production technique and the maturation time.
    Serve cooled at 6-8 °C, it is recommended as an aperitif and as a drink to complement all pasta based dishes with various sauces, fish and shellfish, salads, cheeses, white meat, as well as delicacies and fruit.

Maximo Nero 2016

  • Maximo Nero je mješavina cabernet sauvignonamerlot-a i syrah-a. Miris je bogat aromom tamnog bobičastog voća, crnog ribiza, borovnice, šljive i trešnje, nenametljivih tanina hrastove barrique bačvice, idealno kao nježna i mirisna utjeha. Okus je skladan, postojan, svjež i sočan.
    Poslužiti na 18-20 °C uz jela od tamnog mesa, uz divljačplavu ribu, te srednje dozrele i dozrele sireve.

  • Maximo Nero is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. Its scent is rich with the aroma of dark berries, blackcurrants, blueberries, plums, and cherries, with mild tannins from the small oak barrique barrels, ideal as soft and fragrant comfort. Its taste is harmonious, persistent, fresh, and full. Serve at 18-20 °C with dark meat, game, oily fish dishes, as well as medium ripened and ripened cheeses.

Klikun crni 1 L 2015

    Klikun crni je mješavina vina sorti Zweigelt, Gamay, Frankovke i Portugizca. Miris je na tamna voća višnje i kupine. U okusu to je skladno i zrelo, ugodno svježe vino. Izvrstan je za izradu "bambusa", čime se povećava svježina i slatka komponenta. Poslužiti na temperaturi 16-18 °C, uz tamna mesa, plavu ribu, suhomesnate proizvode i dozrele sireve.

    Klikun crni (noir) is a blend of grape varietes Zweigelt, Gamay, Blaufrankisch and Portugieser. Bouquet is on dark fruits of cherry and blackberry. In taste it is harmonious and mature, pleasant fresh wine. Excellent for making „bamboo" drink (mix of wine and Coca Cola), thus increasing his freshness and sweet component. Serve at a temperature of 16-18 °C, with dark meats, blue fish, delicatessen and matured cheeses.
